Scheduled an appointment, never came. Had to call him, and was asked to reschedule for the next day. Next day: never shows up and ignores all phone calls. Highly dissatisfied and do not recommend anyone wastes their time.

A fence is a big investment and after having a bunch of fence company’s quote ridiculous prices, I decided to go with E & H fence. I’m so glad I did, because they had the best price around. I am a perfectionist and this fence came out perfect! I couldn’t stop admiring how straight, and neat it looked like it was meant to be there! I would 100% recommend them to anyone! Don’t hesitate just call them for an estimate you will not regret it, I didn’t!

We are putting in a pool and E&H Fence will be doing the fencing. We had an old outdoor wood shower stall and had been looking at Todd's Pods as we wanted a removable TREK floor put in over the cement drain. We asked Hilmar if he could replace the shower enclosure for us and he was amazing! He removed the old shower enclosure and built us one with a removable custom floor. It is much nicer than what we would have gotten using Todd's Pods and the price was so much better! With Todd's Pod's you buy from a distributor, then have to deal separately with the installation company, and removal of the old shower is an additional fee. It looks amazing! I know I will be more than pleased with the fence work as well. Highly recommend E&H Fence.

I can confidently recommend E&H Fence. Hilmar and his team are professional, courteous, prompt and fair. I called for an estimate and Hilmar came by that afternoon. The fence was installed to my specifications (with an extra trip to get additional posts). When my husband disagreed with my final design, Hilmar took the significant change in stride. He immediately removed and reinstalled panels until everyone was pleased. Very happy with the service and finished product.

I'm impressed with the job they've done. They were professional, patient, listened to what I had to say and understood what I wanted (and more importantly, what my wife wanted). I met Hilmar years ago when he fixed my fence after Sandy. He was one of the only people who responded to my call and came out the next day! Since then he's done some other small jobs that exceeded my expectations. I see his signs all over town on beautiful new fences. Even though he has much bigger jobs, he always makes time to get to my small stuff. His work is great, his prices are fair, and he is 100% reliable (very hard to come by). I've recommended him to family and friends with no hesitation. My only regret is that I didn't know about E&H when I originally installed my fence!

My husband and I had talked about getting a new fence and had it on the to do list, our neighbor then told us he was having E&H coming to put a new fence up. We both shared a rusty chain link so when the beautiful white vinyl went up and we watched what a great job they did my husband wasted no time talking to Hilmar... Hilmar then told us what steps to take to get the permit and 2wks later we where on the install schedule and we now have a beautiful new white vinyl fence. My experience with E&H Fencing has been nothing but wonderful. They arrived on time, we're polite, quick with installing my fence and professional. They had the entire fence up in a day, which was incredible since my yard is huge. They came back two days later to finish the gates. All the wood was cut on the premises and immediately cleaned up.

I called 3 of the most popular fencing companies in Monmouth County I couldn't even get two of them to come to my house for an estimate. I saw a beautiful white vinyl fence on my way down to the beach and a sign that said E& H fence so I called it,Hilmar answered came and gave me an estimate that day. Not only was his pricing better than everyone else's his product was far superior than all of his competition. He did a beautiful job! His crew was very neat and extremely polite. The most important qualifications of a contractor are that they know their business, do quality work and communicate as the customer expects. Hilmar and his crew meet all of those criteria. He returned my calls, he showed up when he said he would and turned in a beautiful job. If there was another "star" to click on to give this company a "6 star" rating, I wouldn't hesitate to use it! I called in 2 other fence companies for quotes prior to seeing one of E&H's signs on a neighbors lawn. With little expectation I phoned E&H for a comparison quote. During the those heavy rain and wind storms two panels of my fence blew down and took more with it. I live in a town with a very high water table which causes problems in my yard. Unfortunately I also have a pool and it can't be opened until the fence is intact. Hilmar stopped by every few days to see when they could do the install. It then went up in 2 days! My convenience, my comfort, my wishes were all important to him. I wish they did everything!

Got an estimate from another local fencing company, and E&H came in well below the other company for the same exact job, using the same exact materials. I told them where I wanted the fence placed, but after it was put up, I realized I wanted it moved 8 feet, closer to the front of the house, and even though I'm sure it was a pain, they were happy to oblige. The end result was much better than I had envisioned and the materials used were of great quality. Highly recommend!
